Safe Harbor: Parosha Chandran talks Policy with TIPHeroes.org

We caught up with Parosha Chandran, 2015 TIP Hero, in Washington, DC, and asked her to tell us a little bit about what she does. She told us about so-called "safe harbor" laws, and how her advocacy has led to the courts in the UK allowing victims of human trafficking to expunge convictions for drug offenses they committed as part of their trafficking.
