National Underground Railroad Freedom Center has created this privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting your information and informing you about how we handle your information. How We Use Your Information

California Do Not Track Disclosures

The Site does not collect personally identifiable information about users’ online activities over time and across third-party web sites or online services. For this reason, at this time, the Site does not respond to “do not track” signals. Third parties may collect personally identifiable information through the Site as described in this Privacy Policy.

Linked Sites

Third party websites and content that you visit, including linked to by the Site, may have separate privacy policies or no policy at all. Those third parties may use your information differently than this Privacy Policy permits. Children's Privacy

National Underground Railroad Freedom Center does not use the Site to knowingly solicit data from or market to individuals under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided information to us through the Site without their consent, he or she should contact us at cbenadum@nurfc.org and we will delete such information within a reasonable time.

How You Can Access and Update Your Personal Information and other Account Information

We give you the opportunity to modify information you have provided to us at any time by logging into the system and navigating to your account and selecting those portions of your account you would like to update. Please note that changing or deleting your information through your account profile will only change or delete the data in our database for purposes of transacting future business on the Site and for managing future communications from Cincinnati Museum Center. These changes and deletions will not change or delete:

A) Information already collected as part of a particular purchase in our transactions database which may be shared with third parties involved in the processing of financial transactions, as discussed above; or

B) Information that we may have already forwarded to credit card companies or any other third parties, all as provided above in this privacy policy.
